These terms explain the rules for using goof.gg. Please read them. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

goof.gg is run by the operator of goof.gg ("we", "us"). goof.gg is the website for games made with the AI Game Maker mobile app.

2. Using the site

You may use goof.gg to play games for personal, non-commercial use. Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site, bypass its protections, or use it in a way that is unlawful. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian to agree for you.

3. Games made by users

Many games are made by players with the AI Game Maker app. Creators keep the rights to what they make. By publishing a game, a creator gives us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and distribute the game, its title, cover and description, to let people play it on goof.gg and in the app, and to let others remix it in the app. This licence lasts while the game is published, and for a reasonable time afterwards to remove it from backups and caches.

Creators confirm that they have the rights needed for what they publish. We do not check every game and are not responsible for games made by others.

4. Rules

Games and behaviour must follow our Creator & community guidelines. We may hide or remove any game, and limit access, if the rules are broken or to protect people.

5. Free to use

goof.gg and the AI Game Maker app are free to use. Every game on the website can be played for free, and goof.gg does not take payments.

6. Creator Program

Earning money as a creator is part of the Creator Program. It is governed by a separate partner agreement, which applies instead of these terms where they differ. Joining is by eligibility and is not guaranteed. Questions: creators@goof.gg.

7. Copyright and takedown notices

If you believe a game on goof.gg infringes your copyright or other rights, email hello@goof.gg with the game link, what you own, why you believe it is infringing, and your contact details. We will review it and may remove the game.

8. Disclaimers

goof.gg and its games are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Games are made with AI and can contain mistakes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of goof.gg. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using goof.gg after a change, you accept the new terms.
